植物消毒车控制系统设计Design of control system for plant disinfection vehicle

摘要(Abstract):
植物消毒车是海关入境报关时使用的专项消毒处理装置,通过对其控制系统进行设计以实现作业功能,以STM32F106ZET6为MCU的控制板为下位机,以安装MCGS的工业计算机为上位机,采用Modbus RTU协议实现两者通信。在MCGS中通过策略和脚本增强上位机逻辑功能;在下位机中设计数据接收软件握手程序,增强通信稳定性。控制系统功能经过实车验证,其性能稳定,人机交互界面友好,可为相关企业利用现有成熟设备组建车载控制系统提供借鉴。
