基于ARM11的高清网络实时监控系统Real-time monitoring system for high-definition network based on ARM11

摘要(Abstract):
针对高清远程监控带来传输带宽增加的压力和时延、保存监控视频的周期短的问题,设计一种基于ARM11的高清网络实时监控系统。采用USB摄像头基于V4L2接口采集图像,结合H.265视频编解码技术,以RTP协议打包封装H.265视频码流经网络传输到Web服务器,利用CGI,Java Script技术实现多种智能终端登录浏览器显示监控画面,在此基础上实现在LCD终端实时显示监控画面。经测试,该监控系统画面清晰无抖动,网络延时在500 ms以内,视频压缩比在130左右,满足高清视频监控数据的存储。
