基于神经网络的建筑施工质量评价Construction quality evaluation based on neural network

摘要(Abstract):
基于Bayes判别理论的施工质量评价方法存在施工质量评价精度低、无法直观描述施工质量的优劣情况等弊端,因此,提出基于BP神经网络的建筑施工质量评价方法,设计BP神经网络结构,基于该结构对BP神经网络算法进行推导,得到总量误差。为了避免总量误差出现反向扩散产生运算精度降低的问题,在BP神经网络的算法推导过程中采用误差函数梯度下降法,对神经元实施突出权值修正,主要修正隐含层J与输出层M权值以及输出层I与隐含层J的权值,对神经元权值进行修改时考虑到误差曲面的变化影响,提高BP神经网络的运算精度。采用修正后的BP神经网络算法对某建筑施工质量进行实际评价,得出的评价结果与预期结果相符,可实现对建筑施工质量的评价。实验结果说明,所提方法可以提高建筑施工质量评价精度,能准确、直观地反映施工质量的优劣,评价效果佳。
