摘要(Abstract)：

针对当前医院信息系统运维过程中所面临的问题,研究设计一套基于ITIL的医院运维管理体系。运用最新ITIL管理方法,从确定运维服务战略、运维服务设计、运维服务转换、运维服务运营及日常运维持续服务改进五个方面展开论述。运维效果数据表明,使用ITIL运维管理体系可提高工程师并行处理问题的效率,实现运维服务的可量化。将信息系统的运维管理由之前无序、分散、被动式的技术管理转变为全院范围内有序、可溯源、标准化的流程管理,对医院信息化建设的有序推进和系统平稳运行具有促进作用。
