基于BIM的建筑工程设计优化关键技术及应用Key technology and application of architectural engineering design optimization based on BIM

摘要(Abstract):
建筑工程二维设计方法已经不能满足现阶段社会发展的需求,在此背景下全新的三维仿真BIM技术被广泛应用于建筑设计行业中,基于BIM的建筑工程设计有利于构建协同设计的技术平台,为建筑系统提供高效精准的技术支持。深入分析BIM在建筑工程设计优化领域的应用,借助BIM和虚拟现实数据管理技术有助于促进建筑工程设计的便捷度和精准性。提出基于BIM平台的建筑设计优化流程,根据关系数据库信息建立标准的数据存储与访问机制,并进行详细优化功能模块设计以提高设计质量,减少返工几率。实验表明,基于BIM技术的建筑工程设计优化方法有效提高了建筑行业的工作效率,简化了建筑设计的流程,避免了资源浪费等问题。
