空间光学有效载荷电磁兼容故障诊断Electromagnetic compatibility fault diagnosis of space optical payload

摘要(Abstract):
针对空间光学有效载荷在测试中的电磁干扰问题,采用故障树分析法对空间光学有效载荷实施故障诊断研究。对典型的空间相机组成进行介绍并对电磁干扰源进行分析,通过构建故障树的方法,构建空间相机的电磁兼容故障树,随后对电磁兼容故障原因定性定量分析,并以某型号航天光学有效载荷为例进行验证。分析结果表明,使用建立的电磁兼容故障树,依照重要度值进行针对性测试,大幅减少了诊断时间,并可有效提高故障诊断效率。
