一种基于TVS管的车载逆变电源设计Design of a vehicle-mounted inversive power supply based on TVS diode

摘要(Abstract):
针对车载逆变电源在充电过程中可能会发生的瞬变过电压现象,设计了一款基于TVS的小型车载逆变电源。该逆变电源前级采用DC-DC推挽正激电路将12 V直流小电压升压为360 V左右的直流高压,后级采用DC-AC全桥逆变电路将输入的直流高压逆变为220 V/50 Hz正弦交流电压。整个电路由主电路、控制电路、检测电路、辅助电路组成。介绍了车载逆变电源的工作原理,研究了TVS管结合推挽正激电路在抑制浪涌现象发挥的作用,提出了使用TVS管结合该逆变器进行保护的方案。同时,利用saber仿真软件对输出电压进行仿真和比较,并搭载了实验模型进行验证,对车载逆变电源实施了有效的保护。
