摘要(Abstract)：

为了解决IT网络组织治理机制以及治理绩效等一系列问题,提出应用组织和服务组织之间构成以云计算应用作为链接纽带的IT网络组织观点,探寻云计算应用对组织关系所造成的演进。基于网络组织理论、技术采纳理论以及云计算研究等研究文献的基础上,借助理论研究提出云计算应用条件下IT网络组织的形成机制,辨识形成机制中的前因变量,总结云计算与IT职能组织和IT外包的组织特点,为今后在IT网络组织治理等方面的深入研究提供理论依据。
