数字化变电站中测量仪表数据采集系统设计Design of data acquisition system for measuring instrument in digital substation

摘要(Abstract):
基于STM32处理器的数据采集系统存在采集时延和信号干扰等问题,严重影响了数据采集的精准度。对数字化变电站中测量仪表数据采集系统进行智能化设计,根据系统总体设计框架,设计硬件结构与软件功能。构建系统硬件框图,采用嵌入式处理方式设计ARM Cortex-M3内核处理器,改善信号干扰问题,并设计上位机串口通信电路。制定ARM Cortex-M3处理器指令,根据指令集关系改善传输时延问题,设计数据集中程序判断数据采集情况,并根据采集结果设计人机界面。由实验结果可知,该系统采集精准度最高可达80%,能够满足变电站精准测量仪表数据采集需求。
