基于SVR的图书馆数字资源服务绩效评价方法Performance evaluation method based on SVR for digital resource service of library

摘要(Abstract):
数字资源服务是现代化图书馆提供的重要服务,数字资源服务绩效评价是图书馆改善数字资源的基础。针对现有数字资源服务绩效评价方法存在的不足,提出一种新的基于区间数支持向量回归机的图书馆数字资源服务绩效评价方法。在构建数字资源服务绩效评价指标体系的基础上,建立了基于区间数支持向量回归机的图书馆数字资源服务绩效评价模型。仿真结果表明,所建立的评价模型是合理有效的,并且具有较强的泛化能力。
