基于成本敏感遗传算法的WSN入侵安全检测研究Research on WSN intrusion security detection based on cost sensitive genetic algorithm

摘要(Abstract):
为了降低WSN入侵检测过程中的能量成本消耗,提高入侵检测的准确率,提出一种基于成本敏感遗传算法的WSN入侵检测方法。阐述了WSN入侵检测中的成本敏感思想,将每一个无线传感器入侵检测的准确率、入侵检测消耗时间和相对应的成本总值作为基础,并利用成本敏感遗传算法构建WSN入侵检测的优化模型,在此基础上进行遗传操作,用于解决WSN入侵检测过程中对各传感器检测的持续时间、检测准确率和检测消耗的能量成本的优化配置问题,从而为WSN入侵检测中的能量成本控制提供准确的依据。仿真实验结果表明,利用改进算法进行WSN入侵检测,能够减少入侵检测时的能量成本,同时提高检测的准确率,效果令人满意。
