基于嵌入式的高精度温度传感系统设计Design of an embedded high-precision temperature sensing system based on TEC

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统分布式光纤温度传感系统测温精度较低、稳定性较弱的弊端,设计基于TEC的嵌入式的高精度温度传感系统。设计系统的总体架构,其由温度传感主板与温度传感子板构成。用DS18B20温度传感器采集温度信号,设计该温度传感器的结构并设计基于LED的温度显示模块,向用户实时呈现温度结果。系统边缘滤波解调模块由光路以及电路构成,通过光路弥补光和温度变化导致测温误差高的弊端,确保温度测量结果更加精确。系统软件部分详细分析了系统温度传感器的解调方法,基于温度传感器中光纤的布里渊散射与瑞利散射强度受到来自噪声与系统温漂的影响,通过计算多个分段温度的平均值获取准确的温度测量结果。实验结果表明,设计的系统在测温精度和稳定性方面具有显著优势。
