一种低功耗增益可调双频段低噪声放大器的设计Design of a gain adjustable dual-band low noise amplifier with low-power consumption

摘要(Abstract):
基于TSMC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,实现一种低功耗增益可调的双频段低噪声放大器(LNA),该LNA采用全差分的无电感电阻并联负反馈结构以展宽频带,利用单端到双端的匹配网络与电容反馈补偿实现所需频段的输入阻抗和噪声匹配。仿真结果表明,LNA在380~480 MHz范围时,S21从12.2 dB均匀增加为23.2 dB,S11优于-11 dB,S12均小于-34 dB,最优的NF为3.3~2.1 dB;在700~1 200 MHz范围内S21为7.8~18.1 dB;S11也均小于-10 dB,S12均优于-28 dB,最优的NF为4.4~2.3 dB。电路在1.8 V供电下功耗仅为0.74~2.4 m W,综合性能指标优越。
