紧急状况下卫星网络传输任务在轨实时规划技术On-orbit real-time planning technology for satellite network transmission tasks in emergency circumstances

摘要(Abstract):
针对在紧急状况下卫星网络任务传输的需求,提出一种卫星网络传输在轨实时规划技术。通过对组网卫星当前链路通路参数的实时计算,规划当前紧急信息能够最快传输的路径。首先,对卫星网络进行模型建立,将星间链路的连接看作时变连接矩阵的拓扑模型;然后,通过各节点的参数规划最小信息传输延迟下的数据通路;最后,紧急信息任务根据当前节点规划结果选择下一个节点的最佳传输路径,从而使得传输延迟最短。采用在轨各节点实时动态规划的方式,消除地面对卫星网络状态交互的延迟及误判,减少对正常通信业务的影响。基于设计模型进行了硬件电路的实现及实验,传输平均延迟均在秒级,能够实时完成紧急信息传输的自主任务规划。
