频谱仪在电磁近场探测中的自动化应用Automation application of spectrometer in near-field electromagnetic detection

摘要(Abstract):
提出一种频谱分析仪在电磁近场探测的自动化应用,系统由频谱分析仪、上位机软件、二维扫描架三个部分组成。利用VB 6.0软件,制作上位机软件用于控制、设置频谱分析仪并可以直观显示场强分布情况;在步进电机的基础上,通过单片机串口通信控制方式,利用滚珠丝杠将步进电机的角位移转换为台面的线位移,最终实现电磁近场扫描的测试功能。通过实验测试选择合适探头,并测试系统的运行性能。结果显示,经过软件设置,步进电机可以精确控制扫描距离,并且软件很直观地显示场强分布。
