基于FPGA快速光谱获取与分析系统的研究Research on fast spectrum acquisition and analysis system based on FPGA

摘要(Abstract):
为了高速地从空域信息中提取频域信息,研究设计基于FPGA的快速光谱获取与分析系统,其光学模块包括准直透镜、静态干涉棱镜、CMOS等,数据采集与处理采用FPGA硬件编程实现。通过对CMOS采集得到的干涉条纹进行滤波切趾、FFT以及光谱标定等处理,给出了相关的计算公式,实现了被测光光谱分布的复现。采用Moswlaim 6.3f对系统的各个模块进行仿真分析,计算不同切趾方式对光谱反演结果的影响,分析了FFT的时序逻辑关系。在搭建了该系统光学模块与处理模块的基础上,完成对660 nm激光器的光谱分析。结果显示,该系统可以实现光谱分布数据的复现,并且转换速度高,适用于高速数据处理系统。
