机枪后座模拟系统高速射击装置动态响应研究Research on dynamic response of high-speed shooting device in machine gun recoil simulation system

摘要(Abstract):
为解决自动武器实弹射击试验带来的不便,提高研发效率及降低成本,研制自动武器后座模拟装置,通过控制压缩空气的快速喷射来推动枪击框以模拟实弹射击的效果。高速电磁阀是后座模拟装置中能否实现高速射击模拟的关键,通过对电磁阀建立模型,运用Matlab软件中的Simulink工具箱对电磁阀的动态过程进行仿真,分析电磁阀的动态响应特性,得出电磁阀在一个往复周期内的动态响应平均时间为60 ms,符合系统每分钟至少射击600次的高速射击要求。
