基于QFD的个性化定制产品规划模型QFD-based product planning model with personalized customization

摘要(Abstract)：
针对顾客之间需求的差异性对企业经营决策带来的影响,提出基于QFD的个性化定制产品规划模型。结合个性化定制的特点,对传统质量屋进行改进,并阐述了改进后质量屋的构建过程。在此基础上,建立以顾客满意度最大为目标,以生产成本与生产时间为约束函数的规划模型。最后,以洗衣机的定制作为研究实例,通过建立规划质量屋和规划模型,并应用Matlab软件求解得到规划结果,论证了该模型的有效性与科学性。
