基于HSV空间与形态学的石油套管计数方法Oil casing pipe counting approach based on HSV space and morphology

摘要(Abstract):
针对人工盘点套管效率和准确率低,提出一种基于图像处理的自动检测方法。首先采集套管端面原始数字图像在空间域去噪,然后转到HSV空间中利用H通道的高低阈值限定与形态学开闭操作形成清晰的轮廓,再提取形状特征去除干扰,得到准确的识别计数结果。对现场采集的图片进行实验,验证了该算法计数准确、高效。
