新型无源无损Boost APFC电路设计与仿真Design and simulation of novel passive lossless Boost APFC circuit

摘要(Abstract):
传统的软开关电路能较好地解决Boost有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路中开关管开通与关断时所引起的损耗高、升压二极管关断时反向恢复引起的尖峰电流冲击大的问题;但随之出现的是升压二极管在关断后要承受2倍于输出电压的反向峰值,并且软开关电路元器件应力也较大。提出一种适用于Boost升压电路的无源无损软开关电路,在理论分析软开关电路工作过程的基础上进行仿真实验。结果证明开关管实现了零电流开通和零电压关断所有二极管软开关,并且电路中所有元器件的电压电流应力小,提高了电路的工作效率。
