一种智能工业设备报修方法及系统An intelligent industrial equipment repair request method and system

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决企业生产出现设备故障时,报修困难,维修不便,定位不准和缺少知识库智能判断的问题,提出一种智能工业设备报修方法及系统。其方法是通过机台系统、广播系统、设备亮灯和监控系统发起报修,根据电子信息、语音信息、设备信号和监控信息生成报修流程,通过知识库的智能判断,快速定位解决问题。实现了企业设备快速高效维修,并形成一个以信息流,语音流,信号流融为一体的智能报修平台。
