自旋转式红外扫描的高压电塔状态巡检系统的研制Development of rotary infrared scanning status inspection system for high voltage towers

摘要(Abstract):
针对分布式高压电塔维护困难、数据监测不全面等问题,研制一种自旋转式红外扫描的高压电塔状态巡检系统。系统包含温度测量节点、数据服务器以及PC端物联网平台。以STM32为微处理器控制双舵机云台进行角度旋转,实现红外测温仪对电气接点的测温,SIM900模块将温度数据传输至数据服务器;利用数值反馈角度定位算法对存在的异常电气接点进行二次测量,通过PC端物联网平台查看某个区域内的所有高压电塔的工作状态,极大地解决了高压电塔监测问题。
