医用制氧装备远程故障诊断系统设计Design of remote fault diagnosis system for medical oxygen generation equipment

摘要(Abstract):
为了制氧装备厂家及时准确地掌握不同区域设备的运行参数和故障信息,使得技术人员能够快速地进行远程故障判断和设备维护,开发一套关于医用制氧装备的远程故障诊断系统。该系统由医用制氧装备信息系统、远程故障诊断服务中心和专家系统组成。系统采用OPC技术读取现场设备PLC中的数据信息,通过OPC服务器将数据传送到故障诊断服务中心,实现远程故障数据采集的目的,故障服务中心根据采集到的数据和专家系统提供的经验支持,发布包含故障数据的网页,技术人员通过远程访问这些网页,并根据经验判断出故障原因,实现对制氧装备远程故障诊断的目的。和多数设备提供的远程故障诊断服务相比,所提系统具有针对性强、使用方便、易于扩展的优点,能够更好地满足医用制氧企业的需求。
