面向LTE电力行业应用的终端准入控制策略Terminal admission control strategy for LTE power industry application

摘要(Abstract):
为了在保证用户服务质量的前提下,提高对电力通信业务流量的接纳能力,提出在电网终端与公网用户共享频谱资源场景下的博弈准入控制策略。首先基于无线网络业务流量自相似性建立网络流量模型,根据电网和公网用户的不同服务质量需求计算不同网络业务的服务需求带宽,之后提出电网和公网用户之间基于古诺双寡头博弈的准入控制优化策略,用以实现带宽资源在电网和公网之间的动态合理分配。仿真结果显示,所提准入控制方法能够有效降低业务阻塞率,提高系统吞吐量上限。
