多通道发射场测试系统设计Design of multi-channel test system for launching site

摘要(Abstract):
针对目前发射场测试仪测试通道单一,设计并开发一种多通道发射场测试系统。系统采用模块化思想,由变送模块、采集模块、主控模块组成。变送模块将传感器的信号变送为4~20 mA的电流信号,由采集模块采集,然后通过背板与主控模块进行通信与数据传输。详细介绍了采集模块,以FPGA为核心,采用VHDL编写逻辑控制程序对数据采集、读取过程进行控制,信号调理电路设计隔离放大电路与滤波电路。实验结果表明,数据采集正常,各通道数据在测试范围误差内,满足系统设计要求,目前已应用于发射环境测试系统中。
