改进遗传算法在金属测温系统中的应用Application of improved genetic algorithm in metal temperature measurement system

摘要(Abstract):
在用红外CCD对熔融金属进行比色测温时,为探索图像灰度和金属温度之间的关系,在对原始图像进行降噪处理后,必须对实验中获得的数据进行回归性分析。针对传统实验数据拟合方法编码方式简单,需要预先估计基准函数,拟合误差大,应用领域具有依赖性等问题,基于遗传算法动态灵活可变的特性,提出将标准的传统遗传算法进行改进。在详细分析传统遗传算法的基础上,对算法的改进做详细介绍,并针对数据拟合的典型方法(传统遗传算法以及最小二乘法)在Matlab 2012b实现该算法,针对不同方法做对比实验。实验结果表明,改进后的算法不仅可以在多种场合、多种类型的数据拟合中应用,而且收敛速度也明显提高,数据拟合的效率和精度有明显提高。
