电力系统节能控制系统改进设计与实现Improved design and implementation of power system energy-saving control system

摘要(Abstract):
为了增加电力节能控制系统灵活性,达到将测试能量高质量反馈回电力系统的目的,对现有电力系统节能控制系统进行改进设计。通过负载电路结构、框架的完善,完成电力节能控制系统PEL并网变换器的改进;通过直流电压谐波分析、均值滤波变换器设计、前馈控制,完成馈网变换器设计。模拟线性负荷直流电压分量波形设计对比实验,结果表明,应用改进后电力系统节能控制系统,增强前馈控制对效果波形的影响及均值滤波实际效果,达到将测试能量高质量反馈回电力系统的目的。
