基于PLC和WinCC的柿饼烘干监控系统Persimmon drying monitoring system based on PLC and WinCC

摘要(Abstract):
传统的柿饼烘干方法费工、费时并且柿饼成品率低,可以用现代自动化技术替代传统烘干方法。基于PLC与WinCC的柿饼烘干监控系统根据柿饼的烘干工艺特点,采用西门子PLC作为控制器,GRM无线通信模块作为远程监控终端,以WinCC组态作为上位机对系统运行状态进行实时监控。监控系统可以实时检测烘房内的温度、柿果含水量等数据,并且具有参数设定、实时数据采集及显示等功能。与自然烘干法和传统设备烘干相比,该系统可精确量化监控柿饼烘干过程,在保障高效率与高品质的同时节约了人力成本。
