电动拖拉机电驱动系统试验研究Experimental study on electric drive system of electric tractors

摘要(Abstract):
在通过电压电流传感器、转矩转速传感器自行搭建的试验台上分析了电动拖拉机电驱动系统的输出特性。在加速踏板的开度一定时,电驱动系统的输出特性与载荷有关;在不同的加速信号下,工作的转速范围不同,由于功率的限制,最终达到稳定状态;完成了电机控制器和电源的效率试验,电机控制器的效率在80%以上,电源的效率在90%以上。实验结果表明,从蓄电池组到电机控制器的能源利用率较高,为整车控制器的研究奠定了基础。
