农村物流“最后一公里”互联网信息服务平台研究Research on Internet information service platform for the "last mile" of rural logistics

摘要(Abstract)：
针对农村电子商务发展过程中存在快递不能到户的问题,提出一种农村物流"最后一公里"的解决模式和方案:通过互联网技术搭建快递配送信息服务平台,一端整合县乡物流网点资源,另一端整合快递承运人力交通资源,实现居民尤其是电商村民与物流网点之间的双向邮件运输。平台采用Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis技术架构,给出了"农村快递配送+增值服务"的互联网生态构建方法。实验表明,该模式能够提升农村快递配送效率,优化农村电子商务环境。
