基于CEEMDAN和小波阈值的ECG去噪算法研究Study on ECG signal denoising algorithm based on CEEMDAN and wavelet threshold

摘要(Abstract):
提出一种基于自适应噪声完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)与小波阈值的ECG信号去噪新算法。首先对含噪ECG信号进行CEEMDAN分解,得到从高频到低频排序的各个IMF分量,利用自相关法对各IMF分量进行分析,找出以随机噪声为主的高频IMF分量并进行小波阈值去噪;然后统计包括余量在内所有IMF分量的过零率,过零率小于1.5的IMF分量即为基线漂移信号,直接剔除;最后将经过小波阈值去噪的IMF分量与剔除基线漂移之后的其他IMF分量一起进行合并重构,实现ECG信号的去噪和基线校正。用所提算法对MIT-BIH心电数据库中的ECG信号进行去噪处理,结果表明ECG信号中的随机噪声得到很好的抑制,同时获得了良好的基线漂移校正效果。
