基于信息推荐的创新成果转化平台设计与实现Design and implementation of innovation achievement transformation platform based on information recommendation

摘要(Abstract):
传统的转化平台一直存在数据转化耗时长、转化效率低的问题,针对此问题,提出并设计基于信息推荐的创新成果转化平台。以给出的整体框架为基础,通过数据结构规划,联通结构设计,源数据的处理,在不同信息流下传统与基于信息推荐两种转化平台进行对比实验,转化效率与稳定性实验,实现组织设计与创新成果转化。实验结果表明,采用改进的转化平台,其转化效率,平台稳定性以及耗时长短均要优于传统转化平台,具有一定的实用性。
