考虑旅客满意度的鲁棒性航班恢复模型Flight recovery model based on consideration of passenger satisfaction robustness

摘要(Abstract):
不正常航班给航空公司造成了一定损失,但很少有人从旅客的角度考虑由此带来的巨大潜在损失。一旦发生不正常航班,如何在可接受的时间内减少受影响的航班以使航空公司的损失最小是航班恢复问题的难点。针对此问题,建立离散时空网络,设计旅客满意度多级模糊综合评价体系并给出了计算过程,提出总损失最小和鲁棒性最大的双目标航班恢复优化模型。通过求解模型能够得到合适的航班恢复方案,进而验证了所提模型的实用性和有效性。
