阵列式瞬变电磁探伤采集系统设计Design of array-type transient electromagnetic defect-detection acquisition system

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统三分量瞬变电磁测井仪分辨率低的问题,研究基于阵列式瞬变电磁探伤仪的多通道采集系统。在瞬变电磁损伤检测理论模型的基础上,设计基于AD7656的多通道采集电路,可以对阵列分布探头的指数衰减信号进行同步采集。并对比分析了分时采集方式与同时采集方式的优缺点。最后,针对多层管柱及不同形状的套管损伤进行试验。结果表明,阵列式瞬变电磁探测系统可以实现多层管柱损伤检测,多通道采集系统有效地提高了损伤检测的解释精度。
