新型大功率LED工矿灯用散热结构设计与优化Design and optimization of a novel heat dissipation structure for high-power LED mining lamp

摘要(Abstract):
提出一种用于大功率LED工矿灯的新型散热结构,通过在纵向翅片上形成开槽,并增加小翅的方式,改善散热结构的对流特性,以提升散热结构的散热性能。并通过正交试验方法得到新型散热结构的几何参数对散热性能影响的响应曲面,对相关参数对散热性能的影响进行分析。并在此基础上,采用多目标遗传算法(MOGA)对结构进行优化,结果表明,优化后的新型散热结构相比原有散热结构性能显著提升。
