碳排放约束下考虑社会效益最优的发电权交易优化Optimization of power generation right transaction considering optimal social benefits under carbon emission constraint

摘要(Abstract):
发电权的交易在电力市场中扮演重要的角色。为保证整个电力市场交易过程能够向着节能减排和社会效益最大化的方向发展,必须对发电权的交易方向提供一定的参考依据。提出建立新型交易模型,模型以碳排放量和出力成本为约束条件,以安全运行为基础,通过对有功出力的优化来实现在发电权交易过程中满足节能减排的同时追求最大的社会效益。通过基于约束松弛变量内点法模型求取最优解,同时对三种模型的特点进行分析和比较,并在IEEE 30,39,57和118节点系统验证模型的优越性。
