电流差分缓冲放大器及其应用Current Differencing Buffered Amplifier(CDBA) and Its Applications

摘要(Abstract):
电流差分缓冲放大器(CDBA)作为一种新的有源器件,近年来在应用上普遍受到中外学者的关注,一般用来实现滤波电路及震荡电路方面,通过对CDBA原理的分析,研究了用电流差分缓冲放大器来实现模拟电路中常用的如受控源、负阻抗变换器、回转器等有源网络器件,因为电流差分缓冲放大器不仅具有第二代电流传输器(CCⅡ)和电流反馈放大器(CFA)的优点,而且由于CDBA是四端口有源元件,在实现上比用电流传输器更加方便,同时给出了相应实现的二端口参数方程和电路结构,这些电路结构在电子设计中应用广泛。
