提升装置能量回馈电路设计与瞬态过程分析Design of energy feedback circuit for lifting device and its transient process analysis

摘要(Abstract):
电梯等提升装置的电动机制动时会产生较大的制动能量,传统的解决办法是采用电阻将这部分能量消耗掉,但这种能量消耗既不安全,又不经济,可通过外加能量回馈装置,将这部分能量回馈至电网,解决这一问题。首先分析三相电压型PWM整流器工作原理,然后在d-q坐标系中构建PWM整流器数学模型,详细设计了控制回路中的电压调节器和电流调节器,并在Matlab中建立仿真模型。仿真结果表明,能量回馈装置采用SVPWM调制可以提高直流母线电压利用率;合理选择滤波电感可提高回馈电流THD指标;优化调节器参数可改善瞬态过程指标。
