基于BIM的建筑工程进度估计方法研究Research on BIM-based construction progress estimation method of building engineering

摘要(Abstract):
现有施工进度管理方法不能满足复杂化、大型化的建设项目要求。为解决此问题,提出基于BIM的建筑工程进度估计方法。通过估计进度计划编制、进度估计动态联动修改,完成基于BIM技术的进度估计分析;通过建筑工程进度估计计划制定、估计方法运行方式设计,完成基于BIM建筑工程进度估计方法的构建。设计对比实验结果表明,应用基于BIM的建筑工程进度估计方法,可提升建筑工程施工进度,满足复杂化、大型化建设项目要求。
