基于模糊PID的AVR单片机智能温度控制系统设计Design of fuzzy PID based intelligent temperature control system by means of AVR microcontroller

摘要(Abstract):
传统温度控制系统对时变非线性温度缺乏弹性控制效果,因此提出基于模糊PID的AVR单片机智能温度控制系统设计。根据模糊PID语言和规则描述整个系统动态特性和静态各个组件性能指标,完成系统原理结构图的设计,依据AVR单片机兼容性架构智能温度控制系统硬件框图,实现人机交互操作。采用模块化思想,将系统软件划分为4个部分,由此进行软件主流程设计,经过模糊化处理可获得输入与输出变量隶属函数曲线,通过对不同模糊PID参数控制可确定温度控制规则。通过实验验证可知,该系统设计具有合理性,且对时变非线性温度的弹性控制效果良好。
