存储式油井动液面监测系统研制Development of dynamic fluid level monitoring system for storage oil well

摘要(Abstract):
油井液面动态监测是数字化与智慧化油田的重要内容。针对偏远油井动液面自动连续测量、动液面数据传输与集中计算的问题,研发一种存储式油井动液面监测系统。该系统由井口测量装置和数据处理平台构成,采用STM32F103RET6为动液面测量微控制器,将动液面实时测量值按自定义格式编码处理成数据包,存储到FLASH存储器,并定时导入数据处理平台进行解码、液面计算,从而得到动液面深度及波形。该系统实现了油井液面的自动连续测量,多口油井液面数据比较分析,在数字化与智慧化油田建设中有典型的应用价值。
