面向海洋平台的无线低功耗冰激振动监测系统Low-power consumption wireless monitoring system of ice-induced vibration for offshore platform

摘要(Abstract):
冰激振动对海洋平台带来了潜在的危害,对其进行实时监测对于海洋油气的安全生产至关重要。振动加速度的值可以反映冰激振动的状态。以海洋平台的振动加速度为监测对象,基于MEMS加速度传感器ADXL202、超低功耗单片机Atmega128L和无线射频CC1000开发了低功耗无线冰激振动监测节点,使用最大最小值法对加速度传感器进行标定,对加速度数据进行后台存储和三维可视化展示。在振动试验平台上进行实际振动监测实验,从频域角度证明了时域实验数据的正确性。对节点的工作及休眠功耗进行测量,节点可以在2 A?h电池下工作两年左右。
