基于RT-LAB的高机动性装备半物理测试平台设计Design of semi-physical test platform based on RT-LAB for high mobility equipment

摘要(Abstract):
基于Lab VIEW设计高机动性装备半物理测试平台时,对平台需求的数字化模拟过程在非实时环境中进行,与后续工作间存在脱节,导致高机动性装备的半物理测试效果差。因此,设计基于RT-LAB的高机动性装备半物理测试平台。其由上位机软件以及硬件构成。硬件模块由平台测试模块、数据获取模块和逻辑操作模块构成。通过Simulink建模仿真平台塑造装备属性模型,基于RT-LAB高质量的硬件板卡支撑性能以及多核分布式并行运算,完成高机动性装备半物理测试仿真。融入RT-LAB实时目标机,实现基于RT-LAB半物理的高机动性装备测试仿真。采用装备的关键部件和429板卡,完成RT-LAB以及Vx Works操作系统下机载装备的半物理联合仿真。平台实现部分设计软件结构,给出高机动性装备动力模型嵌入过程,采用Unity3D规划装备虚拟显示模型,通过实时数据对VR模型的运动进行控制,实现处理装备虚拟展示。实验结果表明,所设计测试平台可对装备的电压以及电感电流进行平稳、准确测试。
