110 kV及以下输变电工程设计智能化评审管理平台研究Research on intelligent review management platform for 110 kV and below power transmission and transformation project design

摘要(Abstract):
为了进一步提高输变电工程的评审效率和评审质量,使用关键特性提取及OLAP数据分析技术,提出一个针对110 k V及以下输变电工程设计的智能化评审管理平台。依据对项目可研、初设阶段设计、造价数据评审的需求及历史经验和数据,分析和研究输变电工程设计阶段的关键特性指标,并构建辅助评审体系,利用信息化手段,经研院专家快速评审,提升评审和分析工作的效率。结果表明,在工程评审过程中,利用该平台不仅能有效地提高评审工作效率,而且能提高输变电工程设计评审的深度与信息化水平。
