基于形态滤波的反射式脉搏去噪方法研究Research on reflective pulse denoising method based on morphological filtering

摘要(Abstract):
脉搏中蕴涵着大量的人体生理病理信息,因此分析脉搏信号成为诊断亚健康状态的重要手段。但由于反射式脉搏血氧信号较微弱,容易受到噪声的干扰从而影响诊断结果的正确性。针对反射式脉搏信号的噪声特性,提出一种基于形态学滤波的滤波方法,该方法采用两种不同宽度的结构元素对脉搏波信号进行广义形态开闭和闭开滤波,分离出基线漂移,并通过低通滤波分离出高频分量。实验结果表明,该方法能实时有效地对反射式脉搏信号进行去噪,处理效果优于传统算法。
