开关类安全保护装置多点无线监测系统Multi-point wireless monitoring system for switch-type safety protection device

摘要(Abstract):
针对机械设备开关类安全保护装置繁多、易出故障的现状,提出一种判定开关类安全保护装置是否处于故障状态的依据。根据此依据设计了一种开关类安全保护装置多点无线监测系统,实现了对开关故障参数的多点监测、无线传输、实时显示、故障报警。对该系统的信号采集、传送、处理以及各功能模块之间的交互进行较详细地设计与阐述。研究结果表明,开关类安全保护装置多点无线监测系统的引入可以自动检测各个机械设备上开关类安全保护装置的运行状况,可有效地帮助企业安全生产管理人员和机械操作人员发现问题。
