直升机机载蓄电池充电低损电路设计Design of low-loss circuit for batteries in helicopter

摘要(Abstract):
为了抑制机载蓄电池充电器中主开关管开通电流上升率,降低开关损耗,控制系统EMI噪声,利用反激变压器设计一种无源低损开通缓冲电路。主开关管开通时,反激变压器原边绕组作为开通缓冲电感,降低电流上升率;关断过程中,变压器副边绕组耦合原边绕组,能量回馈给负载蓄电池组,实现变压器磁复位并提高系统效率。分析充电电路的工作原理,给出反激变压器的参数确定依据,设计RCD钳位电路吸收变压器漏感。试验结果和仿真分析表明,该缓冲电路方案用于直升机机载蓄电池充电,效果良好。
