基于智能轨道的阀厅巡检机器人系统的开发与设计Development and design of valve hall inspection robot system based on intelligent track

摘要(Abstract):
为了解决传统的阀厅人工巡检方式所存在的效率低下,巡检覆盖率与及时性等无法得到保证的问题,开发设计了基于智能轨道的阀厅巡检机器人系统。采用笔者公司独家研制的一款智能轨道行走式挂载系统,并挂载音视频采集设备、影音播放设备、自动化机电设备等,构成智能机器人巡检系统,实现定时巡检、触发巡检、报警联动巡检等功能。结果表明,所开发系统有效地解决了人工巡检的局限性,降低了变电站危险区域人工巡检存在的安全隐患,且提高了变电站运行设备巡检效率。
