基于LabVIEW的塑料齿轮缺齿检测系统设计Design of tooth missing detection system for plastic gears based on LabVIEW

摘要(Abstract):
针对塑料齿轮在生产过程中存在缺陷,而人工检测效率与准确性低。为了满足检测要求,设计基于LabVIEW的塑料齿轮缺齿检测系统。首先进行图像采集及预处理,预处理包括彩色图像灰度化、中值滤波、阈值化、Canny边缘检测等;然后通过几何匹配算法提取齿轮的几何信息,学习并保存模板信息,再调用模板进行匹配计算得到结果。分数和模板目标曲线分数是判断齿轮缺陷的主要依据参数,选用不同缺齿程度的塑料齿轮进行实验发现,缺齿程度越大,对应的匹配分数越低。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现齿轮缺齿检测的功能,为缺陷检测提供新的思路。
