红外与紫外一体化变电设备故障的检测系统设计Design of infrared and ultraviolet integrated fault detection system for substation equipment

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统的检测方法在对电力设备实施非接触故障检测时需要靠人工手段实施,存在检测精度和自动化水平低的问题。提出并设计了红外与紫外一体化变电设备故障检测系统,采用适用于高压开关柜红外窗口环境下的红外与紫外图像配准算法,实现红外与紫外图像的配准。通过双线性插值算法融合红外热图像和紫外光图像,在紫外光背景上显示出目标发热部位的发热情况,以此为基础,对系统进行整体结构设计和模块化分析,给出系统的功能模块以及工作流程,采用三种工作模式完成变电设备故障检测。实验结果说明,所设计系统具有较高的检测精度和效率。
